He was a country boy and one day rode his horse into a tree limb. The doctor's face was all scraped and scratched and bruised up, he looked like heck. Of course, every patient who came in for 3 weeks got a full-on view of his injuries and asked questions. finally he made a little sign and hung it around his neck. It said, "horse + tree = me".
