After a few years on storage I'm trying to use it again but it doesn't seam to be working properly. The problem is that, no matter the position on the feeding lever, it doesn't make the dial at the end turn with every passing of the machine. This problem is also inconsistent, failing sometimes to the right or to the left or none of them. I've tried to open it to check it out according to the instructions from the answer lady video (the use one with green front panel) but they seam to be different in spite of the same model number. Would any one know where I can fid the right instructions to try to fix it, please, before I decide to take it to a specialist? Thank you so much.Noely Quintohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13103528198284048462noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526470724880886986.post-47840340931829258302022-06-23T07:44:59.560-05:002022-06-23T07:44:59.560-05:00Clever! I really want to make this pattern but I can't figure out how to do the pattern isolation to create the border, or how to 'move the needles back out of work for the border every row', do you mean put in the A or E position? I cant seem to do this. Your talent and dedication to the craft is inspiring. I have learned so much from your tutorials, in anticipation of finding a machine that fits my budget and yet will still provide me enough room for creativity as I learn my way around this incredible hobby. Once I find my ideal budget machine, I will be using it for many years before upgrading. I live in Maryland and haven't seen much of a machine knitting community here yet so opportunites for "trading up" so to speak may be a bit slim. No worries though! I'll be watching and learning from you (and many others) until the perfect machine pops up at the perfect price. And then I'll be watching some more :) The mukluk pattern is exactly the kind of gift I aspire to create for family and friends one day. Beautiful and comfy!
