Matching Self-Striping Yarn

Good quality self-striping yarn will usually match fine just fine if you start each garment piece (or in this case, sock) at the same place in the color sequence.

    Thanks for the mention Diana. I also knit these 2 at a time on 2 circs so I could see if one was "getting ahead" of the other. Thankfully this skein didn't have any knots in it.

    Aha! Diabolically clever.

    I mostly do socks on a CSM. Now you've got me imagining myself with two sock machines cranking at the same time and watching those colors go by!
